The club is run and organised by the committee and are newly elected every year by the members. The committee is responsible for running sessions, planning trips, finances and social activities.

This years Committee:

President Edmund Woodrow

The president is responsible for the overall running of the club. They chair all meetings and make sure the committee is running smoothly. They also check the club & it’s members are following the SU code of conduct.

Vice President Willem Lewis-Henderson

The Vice President is there to support the president and the rest of the club. They also run pool sessions.

Treasurer Dan Myers

The treasurer manages the club finances. They are responsible for sourcing funding and manage the spending of the club.

Events Organisers: Marie Delpech-Anthoine

There are 2 event organisers on the committee. It is their role to organise both trips & socials for the club. This includes a range of weekly socials from club nights to bowling. And organising trips across the year. Including NSR & Tyne Tour.

Kit Secretary

The Kit Secs’ job is to manage the club kit. Including club owned boats, BA’s, helmets and others. They make sure kit is kept well and safe to use. They distribute the best kit for the right members.

Web & Media Officer Joey McAleese

This Web & Media officer role is the manage communications within and outside the club. They’ll aim to raise the profile of the club and manage our various social media pages & this blog.
